Small and Powerful
The Cambridge Qt E-P-W-25-4 Active Emitter is a top-tier emitter that can do sound masking and play music and paging signals perfectly. This new speaker offers a higher frequency range than previous direct field emitter options and is small, powerful, and barely visible once installed in finished or open structure ceilings. It also provides uniform direct field masking.
Uniform Direct Field Masking
Traditional sound masking systems use large loudspeakers, similar in size to paint cans, to bounce sound off the ceiling deck, which then spreads the masking sound throughout an area. However, the Qt Active Emitter is different. It is a small and stylish device that utilizes Cambridge Sound Management’s patented direct field Quiet Technology. This technology provides uniform sound masking directly into the workspace, without the need for indirect distribution through the ceiling.
Clear, Articulate Paging and Background Music
Direct field technology eliminates the need for indirect distribution through the ceiling, resulting in improved audio clarity for paging and music. Pages emitted directly into the environment are clearer and easier for listeners to understand, and music sounds better because the speaker is facing the listener, rather than being played through a ceiling material. The Qt Active Emitter offers clear, articulate paging and background music.
The Favorite Installation Choice of Integrators
The Qt Active Emitter uses the same control modules and cabling infrastructure that made QtPro the number one sound masking system choice of companies worldwide as well as the favorite installation choice of integrators. As a result, QtPro remains the easiest sound masking system to install and calibrate, regardless of whether the Active Emitter or original Emitter is useda true plug and play experience with preset sound masking curves designed specifically for each emitter type.
